Partner Organizations

Opportunities Exchange – a collaboration of the national consulting practice of BWB Solutions and the Alliance for Early Childhood Finance. Co-founders from these organizations – John Weiser of BWB Solutions, and Louise Stoney of the Alliance for Early Childhood Finance – formed Opportunities Exchange in 2009 to further the development of Shared Services Alliances. The Opportunities Exchange website includes a host of resources on shared services, including a starter kit.

Early Learning Ventures (ELV) – an operating foundation focused on supporting shared services for the ECE industry. The ELV website includes descriptions of ELV Alliances as well as other resources to guide the start-up of local early care and education alliances.

www.ECEsharedresources.org - an easy-to-use web-based platform that offers a range of tools (downloadable budget templates, handbooks, job descriptions, marketing materials, etc.) cost-saving discounts, information (access to data, state rules and forms, reference materials) as well as social networking tools. The platform is designed to help ECE programs gain scale by working together nationally, both within the ECE industry as well as in partnership with other small businesses. ECESharedResources is powered by CCA Global partners.
