From 2003 to 2007, the Alliance and the Smart Start National Technical Assistance Center co-hosted a Finance Reform Learning Community. The learning community met in person annually in conjunction with the Smart Start National Conference and virtually throughout the year. Issue briefs on a range of subjects, conference calls, and several e-newsletters resulted; all are archived here.
